The University of Colima, as part of its commitment with the society, built the “MODELO UCOL” (UCOL MODEL) that lays the foundations that would allow it to consolidate as a University of Excellence, starting from the premise of Social Responsibility.
The UCOL MODEL establishes the baselines to ensure the planning, development and evaluation of the institutional work, in the compliance of the training processes, research, cultural dissemination, extension of services, and management in permanent interrelation, in such a way that facilitates the automation of these.
The UCOL MODEL is comprised by four components: normative, organizational, managerial, technological, and purposeful.
