Organizational Component

 

The Organizational Component orders and represents the set of organizational precepts and elements—structure, hierarchy, responsibilities, people, authority, analogous tasks, communication, among others—with which the University organizes and fulfills the purposes specified in the Organic Law. It is characterized for being: pertinent, evaluable, documented, and regularized.

  • Pertinent : It allows to establish the organizational units required to support the fulfillment of the institutional purposes.
  • Evaluable : It establishes the indicators that allow the valuation and measurement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the results achieved in each area or post.
  • Documented : All the responsibilities, functions, activities referred to and recorded in the related documents.
  • Regularized : All the documents generated during the organizational process will be authorized and enacted according to the university guidelines.
