The University of Colima has become one of the certifying centers belonging to the network of SIELE (Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española) Exam Centers, offering the opportunity for many students who want to obtain a valid international certification of their Spanish language competence..
SIELE, https://siele.org/, is an Ibero-American Project created and promoted by the Cervantes Institute, the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) and the University of Salamanca, who evaluate and certify, using electronic methods, the knowledge of Spanish as a second language, as well as the linguistic competence of native speakers.
This service certifies the level of competence in the Spanish language by way of four tests: Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Written Expression and Interaction, and Oral Expression and Interaction. It takes as reference, the levels established by The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL).

How do I request the test of the University of Colima?
- The procedure is done by way of the SIELE website http://siele.org/
- There are no specific application dates, that is to say, the website is always open and enrollment can be done directly through the site.
- Payment of the test will also be done directly through the SIELE and the cost is 145 Euros.
